In my full time career, I’m a leadership developer specializing in building strong partnerships and leadership initiatives, I bring a unique perspective that blends wisdom, empathy, and humor. My goal is to help grandparents adapt, connect, and thrive in today’s world-one conversation at a time.

Remember, I’m a leadership coach at my company. That doesn’t mean, I know everything. However, I deliver a session on exactly the subject. I spend about two hours going over all the stereotypes with every generation. People laugh, get angry and sometimes agree to disagree. In the end, though, we spend the last 30 minutes talking about all of the similarities Between generations and what everybody wants and needs.
