I’m the creator of Legacy of a Grandpa! I help modern grandparents bridge the generational gap, embrace change, and build deeper connections with their families. Through relatable content, practical strategies, and meaningful conversations, I empower grandparents to understand today’s parenting dynamics, foster stronger bonds with their grandkids, and leave a lasting legacy.

 

In my full time career, I’m a leadership developer specializing in building strong partnerships and leadership initiatives, I bring a unique perspective that blends wisdom, empathy, and humor. My goal is to help grandparents adapt, connect, and thrive in today’s world-one conversation at a time.

As grandparents, we grew up in a completely different generation and when it came to discipline, things looked very different. We hear so much about gentle parenting now and I always say that we have to start from curious when it comes to our grandchildren and how they’re being raised. For me, it’s how capable and how awesome they are! We did a great job raising them and we have to trust them. Sometimes I still think of my daughter as a cute little 12 year-old, but I have to remember she’s grown into a beautiful, smart woman. #grandpa #grandma #grandparents #parenting #trust
That’s right, I was up at 5 AM this morning to get my mind and body in the right place! It is so, so important as we age. Some of you might be saying, I don’t have that gym, I can’t get to a gym, I don’t have the time. You don’t need all of this stuff to do push-ups, or situps, or walk, just get your body moving!
