The holidays can be such a beautiful time with our families, but as we all know, they can get stressful sometimes as well. Let’s not try to add to that tomorrow!

When you assume negative intent, you’re angry. If you take away that anger and assume positive intent, you will be amazed how it reframes things. You don’t get defensive. You don’t raise your voice. You are trying to understand and listen because at your basic core you are saying, “Maybe they are saying something to me that I’m not hearing.”

We can all do better…..
